Rach E 4th senior lady. Didn't enjoy 4 miles (or 4 miles and 47 yards, as it was billed at). Felt like a 5K with an impossible mile tagged onto the end. Still, enjoyed it, and relatively pleased with outcome. Aldershot, Farnham & District AC, Team Kennet, Newbury Velo 24:50 27:06 70.11

More of a Tortoise Disappointed with this although I knew that last year I had an absolute stormer at this race. Hip very painful (can hardly walk now) so will be interesting to see how it feels in the morning. Witney Road Runners 44:25 55:27 34.30
