AlB very cold and hard under foot - worried about injuries so didnt want to push too hard, but enjoyed it - though it was shorter than last year and as usual I wish I'd gone a bit faster! Unaffiliated 19:28 19:28 19:38 77.65
Rach E My least favourite race of the series. Dread it! Aim to do my best nonetheless. Getting under 20:30 would be nice. ***UPDATE*** Course was a nightmare with the ice and I was such a wuss down the hills and over the ice sheets. Should have worn trail shoes or flats. Ultra Sparkly Bridget (USB) Shorter than last time I ran this (2.72 miles on my Garmin) and with ice rather than deep puddles. Pleased with my pace for this but p***ed off to have got a blister Buckingham & Stowe RC 28:01 54.42
