Gobi Solid run and moved smoothly through the field. Top 15 I believe. Fast starting event and I got isolated again!!! Ran well throughout and very happy. Cannock & Stafford AC 32:31 72.28
jayboi felt good although could feel the 5km from the day before pleased as i had ran easier but faster than last year when most people had slowed due to the conditions! general thoughts, 400m sprint boy can still run x country! probably down to my sedistic coach o well its working!!!! Peacey Happy enough although i felt lighter and quicker than my time, this concerns me as does my splits. New trail shoes a must as mine are shagged. Loved it all the same but more to come from me on the XC circuit. White Horse Harriers AC 39:52 57.90
