CaniRuna Don't know how but I almost set a new PB today. Didn't realise until after I had crossed the line. Current PB set on a flat and fast course (30:11) so to set this time on a hilly course is really pleasing. Stubbington Green Runners, Royal Navy AC 29:34 29:44 31:00 30:16 72.49

Excitabubble Good run although a nasty short hill at the start and long steeper hill a quarter of the way in, but having to do this twice was hard work with walking it the second time around. Chineham Park Running Club 1:01:52 1:01:52 1:00:00 1:01:52 39.98

Hectors House Not confident as back of my knee has been hurting a lot when running, even when I went out last week. Not sure if it will hold up for a race.

The knee held up and I had a really good race! Got a PB and beat my main goal for this season which was 36:30 so really pleased. Stubbington Green Runners 34:22 36:14 37:00 36:14 69.06

Just me! Haven't raced since London after a summer of injuries, not running too badly, but will see what happens. Anthing under 31 will be a bonus. Alton Runners 30:50 31:18 31:50 31:18 70.58
