SPKoF If I'd actually bothered to look at my watch I would have PBed. Sadly I checked it with 400m to go and saw it would be close but I hadn't left myself enough time to push for it. A very hot day with little shade on the course. The organisers added an extra water station which was needed. The course was mainly flat with one incline at 3.5 miles. If it wasn'r run mid July it would be a PB course. Long Eaton Running Club 38:19 42:33 44:10 59.97
