Vicki: Graceless Whippet **update** Did my mile at teatime as the race clashes with my running club christmas doo. It's blowing a hoolie out there, but I still managed 7:04 which isn't my worst by a great deal. I must stop faffing about with my training and get back on track. Gasheader 1 mile does not bode well , I normally don,t get going till 5 mile mark , But wow expecting my first top twenty finish.+++Update+++ Windy night and looks like we all managed to get lost on a One mile course resulted in us running 1.06, really nice to meet new peeps and hope we can repeat on a hot summer night to see if we are improving. Well done to our local champion Rich super run setting a target I can only dream of. Put time into training log at 1.06 and 1 mile time comes out at 6:33.
