Martian Dashes I've done this once. It's my favourite race. I'll try not to wreck myself. -- Took a tumble in the country park and run/walked in. Even though I have a bruised up toe and wounded pride this was the most satisfying race I have run apart from my very first. If you don't mind a bit of hard work try this one while you can. nickf wow! long run with lots of elevation! fantastic scenery but i wasn't as prepared as i should have been. the slowest race ever for me but a real challenge, roads are so much easier! never walked as much before, makes a marathon seem quite straight forward! the organisation and people and general vibe was great though. MAXIMUS My first race at anything over half marathon distance. So picked something a bit challenging. Suffered with the heat and blisters.
