blacknail chris Couldn't understand why this felt such hard work, until after the race when I let out a big sneeze! I then continued to sneeze for the rest of the day, accompanied by a runny nose and aching all over. Yes, another cold... So I think I can do 5miles faster than this, but this time will do for now. Third Poly runner over the line, anyway, closely followed by Dave and Simon and not so closely preceded by Lucy (32 something!) and some bloke in his 50s who I didn't even see except for a flash of red, white and blue in the distance. northernrunner almost missed out on doing this as was going to do the sunderland parkrun but glad i changed my mind as i got a pb by 1m 21s. perfect conditions for racing today Blackhill Bounders 27:52 28:14 28:14 75.13
