NordRunner It drizzled most of the way round. Tried to run a MARCO negative split but on HR. Managed the 80 and 85% thirds OK but found it hard to raise the pace for the last third, especially after the long hill. Also had to stop for diarrhoeia. Then I felt I was fading. Even so I was surprised to finish in a good time and then very pleased to be 8th in class this year. That's the fastest with hte lowest average hr that I've run for this course.
