Slow Going Ooops - must have clicked on the wrong button at RW and accidentally entered this :-D

Harder work than I expected, with lots of up+down+up for underpasses + river bridges and lots of sharp bends. Pretty good fun really, lots of free lucozade and a big PB. (and #8 got a photo of me too :-) ) UKnetrunner 1:31:13 1:39:56 1:40:00 1:39:56 58.33

sarahbob Not a great race for me - but pleased I only went a minute or so outside my PB. Wasn't on great form and found the crush at the end a bit of an anti-climax. Must try harder next time (me, that is) Garden City Runners 1:43:33 1:43:33 1:45:45 61.56

RunningRev TOTALY smashed my previous PB by 23 minutes and came in 8 minutes faster than my predicted time!!! VERY happy with this result. Legs started shaking near the end which slowed my down so I have to learn to cope with that. The event itself was a bit poorly organised with no obvious start with a clock, and once over the finish line there was a huge queue :( UKnetrunner 1:38:01 1:38:01 2:05:00 1:57:00 49.55
