Martyn Fisher A perfect run for me, knocked almost 2 mins off previous half marathon PB. I was paced round for at least 10 miles, which helped a lot. I also beat my 10 mile PB ... does that count ?! Nice to see Number 8 at the finish. Almost Athletes 1:42:07 1:46:02 1:46:51 56.58

RunningRev TOTALY smashed my previous PB by 23 minutes and came in 8 minutes faster than my predicted time!!! VERY happy with this result. Legs started shaking near the end which slowed my down so I have to learn to cope with that. The event itself was a bit poorly organised with no obvious start with a clock, and once over the finish line there was a huge queue :( UKnetrunner 1:38:01 1:38:01 2:05:00 1:57:00 49.90
sarahbob Not a great race for me - but pleased I only went a minute or so outside my PB. Wasn't on great form and found the crush at the end a bit of an anti-climax. Must try harder next time (me, that is) Garden City Runners 1:43:33 1:43:33 1:45:45 62.27
Sir Moses Hill Roundabouts, roundabouts and more roundabouts, but absolutely loved it. Marathon training paying dividends as this was a PB of 4 mins. Unaffiliated 1:34:51 1:34:51 1:36:00 60.82
Slow Going Ooops - must have clicked on the wrong button at RW and accidentally entered this :-D

Harder work than I expected, with lots of up+down+up for underpasses + river bridges and lots of sharp bends. Pretty good fun really, lots of free lucozade and a big PB. (and #8 got a photo of me too :-) ) UKnetrunner 1:31:13 1:39:56 1:40:00 1:39:56 58.72

The Shadow No snow/rain; hardly any wind to speak of - Happy Days!
Even more so that I go even nearer to my 1.50 goal for a half. Onward and upward. The course had some up bits (as well as down) so I need to research what actually consistutes 'flat' for future days out. The finish nearly put the dampeners on the day (next time get more people or sort out one gate for finishers) - but I won't let it! Unaffiliated 1:52:21 1:52:21 2:00:00 1:52:21 53.11
