10.13 Started off with tired legs but soon got into it. The wind made it difficult at times, but pleased with outcome. A pleasant route with a lot of small hills for a flat race. Lillias Good race. Good pace but could have pushed myself harder. Ran too slow to start with too many layers on. Lost lots of time faffing around with ipod and stopping to take off layers.
