Vicki: Graceless Whippet Chucking in a guestimate over 4 hours finishing time, no real Idea at the mo till I get up to 20 miles in training. **Update** Was on target for sub 4 till Igot cramp during lap 4, was a real pity cause I felt quite strong up to 20 miles.
