_andy For £3 there's a fantastic cafe in Newburgh that does amazing cakes. Amazing value! And you get a race thrown in for free to go with it. Best bargain around. As for the race, it was a longer course than last year's 4.2 miles: my Garmin got 4.51 miles and others I spoke to got 4.54 and 4.56. Plus, it was on grass at the edge of a field for much of mile two, instead of along a nice friendly farm track. A time of 29:27 was 23rd/133 and 118.2% of the winning time, which I'm pretty pleased with after three BIG fell runs in the last four days. Tapering? Not this week.
