after having done the new forest half the last 3 years... decided to do the full this time!!
Have done 3 marathons all at LOndon nd feel like a change! I have a pb of 3.24 set at london in 2006 so looking to take some time of this one... although aware a tricky course at times.... heat can of course be a factor Unaffiliated 3:12:00

Duncs Started off OK but went too fast in the first 1/2. Hills in the second couple with the sun and heat meant that I slipped off my PB time. Will need to sort that for Abingdon. 100 Marathon Club, Highland Hill Runners 3:23:46 3:23:46 4:00:00 3:34:31 58.05

leysrunner This is a new one for me. I imagine it to be on the flat side so I might be able to notch up a good time.

Deenzy Decided to enter this as a training run for Abingdon. I expect to get round in about the 4 hour mark.
UPDATE: Hot and hilly! Decided to not worry to much about HR and pace and just run to an easy comfort level. The first 20 miles felt nice and really comfortable I was knocking out 8.20 ish miles with ease. Everything started to fall apart a bit after that with a couple of bastard hills right when you dont want them! Feel in good shape for a fast attempt at Abingdon where the course and the weather should hopefully make things easier Wimbledon Windmilers 3:26:07 3:28:45 3:59:00 3:42:52 55.26
Beijing Blade Felt strong up to 20 miles, but then struggled over the last 6. Not too disappinted with the time though as I still managed to get under 3.30. Unaffiliated 3:24:00 3:29:20 3:20:00 3:29:20 58.14
