graz Pain in right hamstring from about 3 miles, eased by about 7 - 8 miles but never went away. Cardio fitness felt good. Pacing felt good - end not too painful. LHS ankle & knee both fine. inwoosa really please to complete first HM and will do again. Very cold to start - then got warmer. perfect weather really in the end.
