FML Hopefully coming back to some sort of fitness, will predict the week before depending on training. LY 1.41. Girlie Will be training specifically for this race. Would like to go sub 1:40 if possible. 9:45/mi pace is achievable ***Update, usign Garmion time of 1:37 at moment, but awaiting official results, could be a tad quicker, maybe sub 1:37:-) Good race, bit icy which slowed me down, so could have been quicker.
