nochickenstrip 22nd position from Medium pack, quite pleased considering had a cold. As usual the hill was a killer, took it steady and made it back in one piece... and still in the medium pack! ;-o Crook & District AC, Durham Triathlon Club 30:43 31:31 34:35 62.19
northernrunner after finishing 7th from the slow pack 2 weeks ago at cramlington i was starting in the medium pack today and seemed to take a while to get going but started to pass people especially on the big hill and by the 2nd lap felt good but the 2nd climb up the hill was tough. managed to finish 14th from the medium pack so will be in the fast pack in 2 weeks. dont know weather to be pleased or worried about that.
