Applecross Hilly, muddy, stiff breeze at the top end of the course. Not much fun. Was first leg so went off far too fast as usual, and legs burning by top of first hill. Hope xc training pays off a bit more before not-relay nationals Unaffiliated 16:37 16:37 18:32 62.77
Baza Very muddy course, but enjoyed my run. Much more comfortable than last weeks East League meeting. Paced it well and felt strong in the 2nd half of the course. Ran leg 1 for my club. 1:31 slower than last year though over same course. Carnegie Harriers 14:11 15:58 16:04 17:36 57.84

Fat Boy I enjoyed my run around this undulating and very muddy parkland course. Similar to Magoo I'm running the Jedburgh Half tomorrow so although I did run hard I was being cautious in some areas. Pleased to run 15.39 and pick off 15 runners before handing across to former Scottish Cross Country Champion Chris Robison. Carnegie Harriers 12:13 13:59 15:39 67.47
May Fairly strong run felt good Scottish Prison Service AAC 17:39 17:39 18:47 62.07
Plussing As Which Enjoyable course but very muddy in places. Ran 2nd leg and made up quite a few places before 'handing over' to Carnegie Lass who gained more places finishing 12th. Pleased with my run. Unaffiliated 17:31 17:31 17:31 66.68

wil e coyote way off my course best for this (16:04), team captain hannkies sent me out on the first leg, almost keeled in terror at the start, thought that i must be last with the amount of runners overtaking me, regained composure and finished better, team finished 70th which is pretty pish, but only marginally behind the A team so no complaints Ayrodynamic Runners, Loudoun Runners AC 15:23 15:23 17:29 60.83
