Ally C First ever sub 40 (by the skin of my teeth!!) 10k so happy with new PB, however I think I went off too fast and hung in for the last few miles. Hard going. Nairn is now my worst 10k time and best 10k time (strange) RAF AC, Moray Roadrunners 36:05 39:36 40:40 39:59 66.90

Ultracat cold, windy and a bit wet. Ran into an icy wind the first 3 miles before heading back into Nairn. Course was undulating and I thought rather dull. Metro Aberdeen 53:06 54:15 56:11 61.34
