Disco Ron Delighted with my time, it's my 3rd fastest 10k (only 3 seconds off my 2nd fastest). I don't think I was right mentally and didn't feel like I could push the pace faster than 7:30 per mile even though I can do it in training. Still, I'm not complaining!
