gcwenn All the organiser need to do is sort the start out, find somewhere not so congested. I ran a PB of under 45 for the first time, gun time 44.40, but my garmin time was 44.04, so i am now wondering just how fast i can do 10km. Bodge Started the race with a niggle in the left calf/achillies. After 2km it hurt like hell slowed down and just kept plodding along. Finished and disappointed but I know qith out the niggle I could have done better.
