Chrisull Solid run and a one second pb. Had 43.15 on my watch and suggest they called my time slightly late as I heard them call it about 3 secs after I finished, but will take the East Cornwall Harriers 39:48 41:35 43:18 62.42
Mikey23 very cold day with strong east wind for first 2 miles and hilly course. splits were 7.42 7.42 7.37 7.31 7.12 7.28 and 1.46. second round of cornish grand prix and was 4th in age. very pleased with this as had put in some good training after long virus illness and had a good rhythm throughout the race. came 187/457 Launceston Road Runners, Tavistock A C 47:02 47:02 47:02 67.13
