paskha Haven't been running much or cycling much or going to the Leisure Centre much ... so how I managed to do such a good time (for me) must be due to 1) having a really good meal & lots of wine & spending the night away from home, ie. TOTALLY RELAXED, no worries; 2) Inner running - ran some of it with my eyes closed, nearly; 3) being in the zone, having lots of other steady runners around me Mounts Bay Harriers 52:37 54:59 58:00 54:59 67.11

Yog-Sothoth Sub 40 at last! Everything came together today: the weather, the legs and the mindset! I knew what was required, and finally got there by digging in and pacing the race evenly - not too fast at the start, hanging in on the hills and expending everything I had left on the final half mile uphill. Now i'm wondering what I could do on a flat 10K course (the MB 10K is Unaffiliated 39:16 39:45 39:45 71.37
