About this parkrun
1.5k down hill to a turning point, then back up the hill, left turn back down to the shore for a muddy trail section, then up hill towards MS House, steep ramp here for a small section. Flattens out then a slight downhill to the finish funnel.Ally-C 2nd Mar 2020
Beautiful location. Winds down then up through the grounds. I wouldn't call it hilly, more a series of prolonged inclines ( others may disagree). This was the summer course.
