Grey Badger Started off slowly in about 100th pos and moved steadily up the field to finish 19th and 2nd M45. Leg started hurting a bit around the 2 mile mark but didn't get any worse. Well run event by Morpeth Harriers. Northumberland Fell Runners 35:28 36:38 39:00 37:39 77.60
jazz Tried to pace this race better by not going off as fast at the start. Did feel much more comfortable all of the way round than I normally do on a 10k. Quite pleased with my time as when last did this race 2 yr ago I found it quite a hard course. The drag up the main road on the 2nd lap is quite hard so its good to get to the 4 mile marker as the rest of the route isn't too bad at all. Have got a Tynedale Harriers & AC 38:49 40:30 41:03 72.98
