TW First time at MK tri..hope to get between 2.30 and 2.40...see how Windsor goes first.....following new pb at Windsor, now aiming to beat that and maybe head sub 2.30!....DUE TO FLOODING THE COURSE WAS CHANGED SO CAME UP VERY SHORT OF FULL DISTANCE.....However I still had a great run, did 2.20.43...which with the missing distance wouls still have been a new pb by 5 or 6 minutes...but can't really count it! swim was 31.22, which is 2 mins quicker than Windsor, Bike was about 5km short and run was abotu 900mtrs short...transition was a complete mud bath.
