steeplechaser 45 secs slower than last year, but this was expected. I'm still a bit under the weather. First 2 miles similar to last year but lost abot 20 secs on each of the last 2 miles. Still managed to win my age group. Happy with that, Alchester RC (Bicester), St Austell Running Club 23:46 25:16 25:16 78.81
