SPKoF I was promised a 'big race' experience. What I got was a 'common' which is normally used by dog walkers who have never heard of a popper scooper in the day time and smack heads at night. Grim does not come close to describing the crap hole that the MCAA choose to host the regional XC champs. Anyway. the course was nice, the first half of each of the 3 laps was heavy going to bog in places and the second half was fast running compact grass. Distance was nearly spot on. my 205 got 7.45 miles. For the first time ever I was a counter for my clubs first team so was very happy about that. 6 to count helped thou :) Long Eaton Running Club 1:08:00 1:10:06 56:49 56.56
