dood Wet, windy & 'undulating'. First race back after calf injury - leg 11 of the 12 so a 4 hour wait from the start. Ran leg virtually on my own with no one to pace with just the guy in front disappearing off into the distance. First hill a long drag then the hill before the turn and then the final lung burster to the finish. Equivelent to approx 22:30 5k Silson Joggers AC 21:34 21:34 21:34 58.07
Middler Went off too quick and suffered up that first hill, never really recovered. Still a good time for me though. Unaffiliated 23:34 23:48 23:48 62.48
