Yog-Sothoth Official (and wrong) time was 25:36, but this was because I stopped to throw up after crossing the line, not realising that they only write down times at the finish line, but take race numbers at the end of the finish kite, and then marry up the two lists (assuming that everyone who crosses the line gets to the end of the kite in the same position). In this way, I managed to lose about fourteen places and nearly 30 seconds on the official results! Grrrrrrrr!!!!!! Unaffiliated 25:08 25:08 25:00 25:08 70.75

paskha Cornish GP race No.8 - I'm sorry but I really dislike doing this little 4 miler! but I have to do it cos it's one of the Cornish GP races. I've never done better than 36:25 (one of the winter ones) but I am supposedly fitter .... UPDATE - well it was perfect cool, damp weather and I did run it faster than I've ever done before - in fact 40 secs faster than the previous fastest Summer one!! So not by a lot!! Rotten little race ... but loads of new Hayle Runners doing it - and they DID get a buzz from doing it! Mounts Bay Harriers 33:35 36:17 35:30 36:17 62.30
