Johnny 1st timer for this race and was not disappointed with my prediction or my time. the long slow climb coming out of the tunnel was a killer but the warm weather running down the promenade was inspiring. jp105 Really good race - felt so weird going into the tunnel - really spooky. Emerged from the tunnel is 6th place but was chased down by 3 others on the promenade to finish in 9th. Well pleased with a top 10 finish! Carnegie Harriers 35:21 35:21 36:37 72.10
PP Good fun being able to run through the tunnel. Well organised race. Very poor time for me (PW), but have not done ANY training due to injury flare up, so I shouldn't be suprised. Knowsley harriers 46:21 48:31 52:30 52.19
