Lisrun Lovely sunny day but a strong wind made it harder for almost half the race. Same very flat course as last year with a couple of loops. Definitely a good race for a personal best if the conditions are right. Pleased to have finished faster than last year in spite of wind and a slight muscle pull at the top of my left leg at the back. Had this since Hartlepool. Attractive medal, mars bar and lucozade for all finishers. 100 Marathon Club, North East Marathon Club 45:35 45:35 48:03 63.99
