Alun Started raining a few minutes before the race and just got heavier and heavier, soaked through but just got on with it! Went out way too fast (71 seconds for the first lap then 81, 83 and 79), hanging on at the end and unable to go with Darren Wright​ when he unleashed a ferocious kick from 150m out! Finished 4th in 05:19.66, a ¼ of a second behind Finn, a 4 seconds PB and 32 seconds M55 club record! Medway & Maidstone AC 5:12 5:19 5:10 5:19.66 84.55
