Alun Medway & Maidstone AC Open 3000m, first proper track race since the Vets' county champs in September 2019. Out fast and aimed for between 85 and 90 seconds per lap, the strong headwind on the back straight lowered my expectations slightly but very pleased with my pacing to finish with 10:50.50, a 5 seconds PB and M55 club record.
