AlB Cold and wet. Crowded start - made it hard work. Lace came undone at 6km too! Still an eynsham pb (but not 10k). and 1st in cat, 1st in cat for county champioship too. silver ladies team. 3rd woman in Grand Prix - nice surprise to end with. More of a Tortoise In an ideal world would like to go under 70 minutes but don't think it's going to happen. Hopefully will still be a PB if only by a few seconds! *UPDATE* didn't go under 70 but the weather wasn't really right to give it a serious go.
