Zoom Pw for me as ran with mate Gill, who stuggled up the hills and through the miles of mud. Great race, loads of mud, hills and stunning views from the top of Mayhill. I *heart* cross country! Chepstow Harriers 1:12:28
thesteadygroove I love this race, it's my second time and I thought i'd beat last year's time by a distance however I wasn't anticipating quite how muddy it was going to be (and last year was muddy). Running Caz Was 8.7M so not quite as bad as it seems. Alot of course pretty un-runnable due to slidy mud and old road shoes not creating much grip. Couple of big long hills but lote of down :-) Cobra RC 1:03:55 1:29:05 1:40:45 38.77
