fetcheveryone Oooh, I hope KatieB is reading this. You are up against it treacle, and no mistake. The race went blindingly well - I started out near the back with Gobi and Justine, and he said FERC 1:18:51 1:26:09 1:26:09 1:26:09 50.78
Forest Runner Well I managed to keep it under 70 minutes - just! I thought it would be the bad cold I've just had that would slow me down, but right from the start it was my legs that felt so tired. Bracknell Forest Runners 1:07:50 1:09:49 1:09:49 1:09:49 69.15

No.8 â„¢ 6.15 min / mile for first two miles, on target for 65 at 5 miles. Stopped for a pee at 5.5 and lost time, struggled 8 - 9 on the slightly hillier section. Hung on to get PB by seconds.

Excellent race, organisation and course. Unaffiliated 57:19 1:07:16 1:07:16 1:07:16 65.29

Clock stopped at approx 47mins somewhere past the 7mile marker... but I did get to the finish in 70mins after getting a lift in an ambulance!!! Ranelagh Harriers 1:02:56 1:02:59
SparkyMark just missed out on 1:20, but still a pb by over 6 mins - tired at end. Great course, had someone to run with for most of the race. tried hard to get back on track in the last mile, but legs were not there. Waveydavey I think the heat got to me on this one and it went a bit Pete Tong towards the end. That and the lack of training. Nice race though - with definite PB potential, barring the effects of global warming! Reading Roadrunners 1:09:41 1:12:08 1:12:00 1:13:31 61.09
