Making_Tracks Flat, flat, flat and a very steady run. Quite pleased with this as I'd like to be able to run steady 10 min miles in the Hastings Marathon in December. The down side is Hastings has lots and lots of hills! Unaffiliated 1:59:02 2:10:34 2:10:34 53.25
