Mudlark/Titan Tri sport This is all multi terrain on forest trails,time depends on weather !feeling fit again for this race,99% should beat estimated time,so worth a bet !UPDATE paired up with blotts mate,she rode bike i ran,treuly hardest race ive run had in years,went thru pain barreir & out the over side with smiles,we WON 1st mixed pair,6th overall ,Brill. TecT Going to have a go at this with MrsTT - she will bike most of it, which leaves me most of the running - should be interesting! BLimey that was hard..... but we did it! Great event - shame there were not more competitors really... It was more like 12.5 miles than 11 and so distance wise was WAY into new running territory for me.
