Billy Oh no! I've got to cycle to the race from Sunny Stevenage. could be the perfect pre-race warm up or energy sapping madness....Season worst I'm afraid! Lessons to be learnt include don't do a tough track session the day before a race if you are feeling fatigued and especially if you've got to cycle to Luton and back. Nice Sunny day though and, if up for it, a decent time could have been achieved. Oh well. Fairlands Valley Spartans RC 39:30 39:30 40:00 42:05 65.10

a.k.a Billy No PB on this course. Anyway this is one of my better PB's so I would need to be in A1 condition and sadly i'm a bit round at the moment. The constant undulations sapped me in the end but an enjoyable run anyway. Not the best 10K around but very friendly and one i will probably do in future. Hi, to those i chatted to.
