Well... waiting for the official time but the Garmin said 67min19sec. Slightly dissapointed... if only I could tie my shoe laces properly may have got nearer the 65min. Had major shoe lace malfunction x 2 and will be investing in some velcro. He he!! Good day for racing, crisp if not freezing and we got team prize again and was 2nd female (I think but muchos confusion at the end!!) Dundee Hawkhill Harriers 1:04:11 1:07:19 1:08:00 1:07:19 72.79

toepointer Very pleased with time, only 20s outside PB. Strange race as felt like dropping out when felt sluggish in first few miles and unable to go with lead females, but thought would treat it as a training run then realised at halfway had a good chance of beating pb. Just ran out of strength in the last 2 miles but compared to split times in GNR just 10 weeks ago, am running 50s per mile faster! Despite it being -2, the conditions were perfect for this race with sunshine and harldy any wind. Lasswade AC 1:11:21 1:11:21 1:11:21 69.24

ducksdisease Really enjoyed the race & v chuffed with time, it was my first 10mile race. I resisted the strong temptation to zoom off with everyone else at the start & it paid off for me. Also good to meet some Fetchies... Tigger & Haggis & a couple of anonymous ones who yelled encouragement in the last quarter mile. Fraserburgh RC 1:20:30 1:22:34 1:30:00 1:22:34 64.37
Ultracat very cold day, didn't get going and then decided just to get round comfortably and enjoy the sunshine. there was some confusion regarding the ladies prizes due to I think a man running with a number that was registered for a female. Metro Aberdeen 1:30:17 1:33:33 1:39:54 56.87
