hillstrider A very hot and humid day, which I am sure greatly affected everybodys finishing times. This was my slowest ever 10k, but I still enjoyed the race, despite the discomfort of the heat and humidity. Hardley Runners 35:52 51:14 47:50 51:14 65.14

It really helped because Rob was very encouraging especially during the final ks. Didn't hardly shuffle at all, picked legs up and lengthened stride which resulted in the fastest ks.
