Dannyboy01 A tough race with the first 4 miles up some very tough hills but some decent views once at the top. Coming back down there are some railings that the sun shines through giving a strobe effect, it's like running in a disco. Knocked a minute and a half of last year and will find out if it was really worth it when I tuck into the Christmas pud in a couple of weeks, recommended all the same though!
