m4cca this was a first attempt at triathlon! gently first with just (!?!?!) the swim and run - my work colleague and fellow team bis combatant, Tom, tackled the bike ride! following the 1500m swim and a 1hr 30m rest - I got my PB for 10K - well chuffed! Unaffiliated 47:43 50:53 50:53 52.57
