London Duathlon (Team Challenge)

Cormorant This was the first running leg of the team event. Over all we finished in 2:02:32 - Neil, running in what looked like his army boots, beat my PB for the 5K. Hot day but we changed to a 9.30 start with the proper Triathletes doing the individual event. It's a flattish course - 9K seemed a lot shorter than 10 and of course it made for a PB. Will we be back? It's an expensive event, but very well-organised, we got to The Bridge for the game too - and Chelsea won. Cranleigh Tortoise & Hare Runners 45:00 41:59 63.03
