LEJ1976 Must learn to run an even pace, got to 5k in around 21mins, then paid for my exertions all the way to the finish line. Spally Apparently a tough race. Not sure about a PB here but I will give it a go. That was a killer - my legs gave out on at the 4K mile, probably was going too fast at the beginning so had to the spend the next couple of kilometres trying to will my legs into a run longer that 2 minutes.
