Mrs Jigs (Luverlylegs) ***UPDATE*** Sorry to those who bet on me but I didn't PB so wont be entering my finishing time, the route was very hilly compared to Ely, I worked hard and was pleased to finish 5th lady and 1st FV45-55 and with Jigs cheering me into the finish as usual :) Pleased to see that Jigs got his PB and was 7th finisher!! What a speedy guy :) This was the first time this race was staged, wasn't keen on the lap round the field at the start but having said that, it was better than having to do it at the finish. Jigs Well organised for a 1st time event. Hillier than expected, hard work but succeeded in attaining sub 38. :) 7th finisher overall. Then watched LL :) fly home as 5th lady, & 1st vet fem 45-55. Unaffiliated 35:40 37:35 37:59 37:35 72.38

Jo-bee Good race, hard in places but generally flat. The wind didn't help much but overall a lovely morning and I got a PB so I am very pleased. I think I was a bit over ambitious with my predicted time!! Well done to everyone else who ran today. Unaffiliated 49:15 50:26 49:50 50:26 60.56
