oldbirdhead Since the Normandy Ultra in December I haven't done much training so I wasn't really expecting much from the race, knew I'd be slow so I didn't take it too seriously and made the most of a night out with an old friend the night before the race drinking 7 pints! CottamRunner Felt really unwell Saturday - chesty cold and hungover - so dosed up, rested / slept and ate well.
