alisterrobson Tough hill start and some paths were quite difficult to get a firm footing. Lovely scenery. About 10 mins walk to start. Km markers and water station but no goodies! FERC 42:36 46:23 47:50 56.19

jazz Felt good for the first half of the race but then got a stich and struggled with the last 4k getting progressively slower. Got 1st lady and we also won the team prize but would have felt better if hadn't found the last 4k so tough. Well done Lisrun on 100 10k's !! Tynedale Harriers & AC 38:49 40:41 42:04 71.67
